The location was great for the downtown Dothan area. The property was clean and comfortable. Everything went smooth with check in and check out.

I'll start with the positives:1. The pictures online match what you see when you walk in. Nice looking place even though it's older. We are a family of six, and we were able to make the space work for us just fine.2. AC works great.3. Water pressure in the shower is really good and toilets flush well.4. Bath towels were nice.5. Overall, the place appeared to be clean.6. The appliances were clean and some even appeared to be pretty new. (Dishwasher excepted - see below)The negatives:1. There was an odor in the place that was being masked by plug-ins. Not terrible, but noticeable.2. The dishwasher had not been sanitized and when we opened it, a very foul smell came from it so we did not open it again.3. We had to rewash the silverware and the pans that we used because they were not cleaned well. After seeing that, we washed anything we used prior to using it.4. The dishcloth was not a fresh one and it was obvious that it had been used prior to our arrival.5. The skillets were obviously old with the larger skillet having a loose handle.6. There were no bowls available so we had to buy some bowls to eat cereal.7. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. It had the pink grime on it.8. A full size picture of the front of the building should be shared. The outside of the building was very old and weathered.9. The unit next door had a loud disturbance our last night.This place could be great if the small things above were proactively taken care of.
