Welcome to Beachwalk in beautiful Hallandale Beach, Florida, set along the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway. This inviting location offers an outdoor pool and a shuttle service to the nearby beach, which is also just a leisurely 9-minute walk away.

Our modern apartment is designed to enhance your stay with floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning views, a balcony for enjoying the scenery, and essential conveniences like a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bedroom comes with a full bathroom, equipped with blackout blinds for a restful sleep.

Detailed amenities include:

-Bathroom: 4 body towels, 2 face towels, 1 hand towel, bathroom mat, hairdryer, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and initial toiletries.
-Closet Amenities: Extra blankets, a safe, folding luggage rack, iron, and ironing board.
-Air Conditioning Closet: Broom, vacuum cleaner, and dustpan.
-Room Features: Beach access, television, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a silverware set for two.
-Beachwalk operates as a condo hotel with 24/7 front desk service. You will receive a key card at check-in, which grants access to the door, elevator, gym, and pool areas.

Enjoy our Beach Service, which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella. Utilize our shuttle for transportation to and from Hyde Beach. Please note that Beach Service items are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional chairs and umbrellas are available for rent at Esteban's Place for a nominal fee.

Please note that the rooftop pool is only for owners and is currently unavailable for guests. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine.

For guests who are driving, there are several parking options available near Beachwalk. The most convenient option is the on-site parking garage, which offers valet parking for a fee. There are also several public parking garages and lots located within a short walking distance from Beachwalk.

Ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Beachwalk Resort by adhering to our house rules, designed to maintain the quality and serenity of your experience:

Apartment Care: Treat this apartment as your own sanctuary. Please keep it clean and tidy as you found it. Initial cleaning supplies are provided, and additional toiletries are available at nearby shops. Upon departure, dispose of trash and clean or load dishes into the dishwasher to avoid a $60 garbage fine.

Linens and Towels: Use provided linens and towels appropriately; they are not for cleaning purposes. Charges will apply for any damaged or stained items.

Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking unit. Violations will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $200.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless they are certified service animals. Documentation must be provided via Airbnb chat. Unauthorized pets may result in a $200 fine plus damages.

Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

Cleaning: A one-time departure cleaning fee is included. Excessive mess may result in additional charges. Daily maid service is available for an extra fee.

Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may include fees.

Additional Amenities: A pack and play is available for $30 (bedding not included).

Building Compliance: The complex reserves the right to remove guests not complying with the rules. No refunds for expulsions due to rule violations.

Noise and Parties: Keep noise levels down. Parties are prohibited; a $175 fine will be enforced for violations.

Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed to avoid plumbing issues; fines up to $150 may apply for violations.

Safety Devices: Do not tamper with smoke detectors. Any damage will incur fines.

Property Items: Do not remove household items from the unit.

Elevator Use: Expect possible delays due to high visitor traffic.

Facility Updates: The restaurant is currently closed. Elevator use may be delayed. The pool may be closed for repairs without notice.

Valet Parking: Contact valet parking directly at the counter. Phone requests are not accepted.

House Rules:
-No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and common areas. Failure to comply may result in fines of up to $200.
-Maximum Number of Guests: The number of guests in each unit is as stated in the reservation. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.
-Noise Restrictions: Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid excessive noise, especially during nighttime hours. Quiet hours are enforced.
-Event Prohibition: Parties or events are not allowed in the units or common areas. Non-compliance may result in fines up to $175.
-Toilet Use: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Do not dispose of paper towels, wipes, or other items in the toilet to avoid clogging pipes. Fines up to $150 may apply for violations.
-Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the designated room next to the elevators. Non-compliance may result in fines of up to $60.
-Balcony Use: Do not leave balcony doors open for long periods.
-Smoke Detectors: Do not tamper with smoke detectors. Any damage will result in a fine.
-Pool Towels: Towels are provided for use at the pool. Please return them to their designated area after use.
-Use of Household Items: All household items within the unit are for in-unit use only.
