良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The property was clean and well appointed. Lilian and Chris were very friendly and accommodating. There were no hair dryers at the property and Lilian left hers on the steps for us to use. The coffee pot carafe had a leak making it impossible to make a pot of coffee. There was a keurig with 3 coffee pods provided but we had already purchased a pound of coffee so we did not go back to the grocery. We would have preferred a new coffee pot while there since there were 6 of us, but we managed a work around. The property was on the second floor of a house with another tenant staying above us. We did not have any problems with this arrangement. The location worked for us because we had a car but may not work if you do not. It is located in an area with a lot of work vehicles so it is somewhat congested. However, it is within walking distance of the airport where we had wonderful breakfasts 2 days in a row. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and believe the couple of small issues we had will be corrected.
