Located in the village of Ano Pedina in Zagorochoria area (or Zagori), Ioannina Greece, Amaryllis Boutique Guest House is a high quality, French provinces style establishment, offering elegant and romantic accommodation in a pretty, mountainous setting.
Zagori (Zagoroxoria), meaning the place behind the mountain, is an area of pristine natural beauty in the heart of protected “Northern Pindos National Park” which is part of Natura 2000 and a lacation declared UNESCO World Heritage .

Our guesthouse is a 19th century stone mansion located in the village of Ano Pedina, in Zagorochoria, which underwent a sophisticated renovation in 2009. It is available as an independent accommodation with no breakfast and cleaning services.

It combines the aesthetics of the French countryside with traditional local architecture. The mansion is a guesthouse of 8 rooms. We provide you all 8 rooms in one central and two independent houses which are built around a central courtyard creating a sense of small village, suitable for families or groups of up to 18 people.

Our rooms are unique. Each one creates a different feeling, a special experience, all with patina on the walls and the wooden construction of the ceiling visible.

There is a double bed in each room (160 X 200 cm) and we can add a single bed to one of the rooms. Each room is 20-25 sq.m. in total, includes a bathroom (8 bathrooms in total) plus a fireplace.

Your space also includes a reception area, a living room with a fireplace, common rest areas, shared toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area which is also a multi-purpose room where you can dine, relax or play board games.

The outdoor space is about 700 square meters and spans many different levels with terraces, stairs and quiet secluded private courtyards, allowing the visitor to spend time with other guests or alone, get breakfast, read, enjoy the view or the tranquility, the sky or the sounds of the night.

The beautiful comfortable outdoor armchairs handmade in solid metal with a patina finish, as well as the tables with elaborate design, are a natural continuation of the space, one with the stone and the environment, creating all the conditions for comfort, relaxation and enjoyment.

In the cool morning you will relax in the courtyards drinking your coffee outside and you will indulge in the magic of the pink sunset And, of course, in winter you will be impressed by the beauty of the white village, by the winter landscape and the power of the mountain.
