Great Stay

We had a great stay here. Description was accurate. The place was very clean. There was also plenty of room and space in the house. And had all of the things you could need that you did not think of (even sandwich bags for packing for the beach that I forgot to bring). Close enough to the beach and boardwalk that we all we able to come and go as we pleased and meet at the beach throughout the day.

Wow !

Super propre, proche de la mer et des petits magasins. Seulement ajouter quelques couvertures pour le futon. Le futon etait deja brisé à notre arrivée, j'ai même pris en photo la brisure et le manque de boulon. À bientôt peut-être !

Great Location Great Space

The space was perfect for our family. The only downside is that even though it sleeps 10 there are only 2 actual bedrooms, so privacy is limited for the other sleepers (a living room sofa bed and futon on the front porch). The front porch is fully enclosed and has a door separating it from the rest of the house so it provided privacy for sleeping, but early risers did need to walk thru there to head out in the morning. But overall the place met our needs so well, we plan to rent here again next summer.

Satisfying

Great location, convenient to all venues on the strip. Minor fixes and upgrades would spruce up the property. The property was equipped with every amenity one would need to have a very comfortable stay. I give the property a 4.5 out of 5.

Nice, relaxing vacation!

My husband, daughter, and I just had a great week away in Hampton Beach! The house was a perfect space for us and had everything we wanted/needed. The location is so close to the beach and in walking distance to everything! Jake was very easy to get in touch with. Thank you!!

Perfect getaway!

This property rental is just like it's stated. This by far has been the better of any rentals we've stayed in and we've been going with my mom growing up. I've taken my children and grandchildren. We definitely have found our place to rent from now on. Jake was wondering with everything, from checking in & out to all the information on the house wifi ,ect. Beds were comfortable, it really helped having a washer and dryer! We definitely will be returning next summer! Thank you Jake see you next summer!

Wonderful stay

This was our 2nd year vacationing in this house. It was even better than the last time! Jake has obviously taken much care in his property and the updated kitchen was perfect! We will rent this spot for as long as Jake will have us!!

Nice property

The property was very close to everything. Something I didn’t see that would have been nice: a fly swatter, take out menus and brochures for local activities or attractions. It would also be nice to have outside faucets that were operable to rinse off after beach days, and rinse beach equipment. Overall we had a great vacation!! Thank You

Fantastic spot

We are a family of 5 & recently spent a week in this great little rental. The house is much more spacious than the pictures imply…I was nervous about our 3 kids sharing a room but they all had space to store their stuff and spread out. The master bedroom is also quite large. It was a very hot week so we didn’t spend a ton of time out on the upstairs deck but we did get to take in a few sunsets & the view was beautiful. The location was perfect…close enough to be walking distance to the beach & entertainment but far enough that it wasn’t too noisy. The kitchen was updated & the laundry was super quiet despite being right near the dining area. Everything was clean when we got there & the AC kept up with the temps in the upper 90s. We’ve been coming to Hampton Beach for years and this was one of my favorite rentals that we’ve stayed at. I will say that there was a mixup with our reservation & Jake was excellent about communicating the mistake with us and truly made everything right. I would rent again from him any time. We hope to be back here next year.

Great times at Hamptom

We had a great experience at Jake’s place , the house was beautiful and clean and plenty of room . There was an issue with a bathroom light and Jake was there to fix it right away . Hampton Beach had always been a favorite of my family’s and I would recommend this place to everyone 😎🏖

Amazing!

This was our second year at this property. It’s beautiful! Lots of space, super comfortable and super clean! We love it here. The location is perfect!

Great location

The property location was great! We loved drinking our coffee and eating on the deck that over looks the back habour. The sunsets were amazing! The house was also very clean and welcoming.

Amazing place!

My family and I have vacationed at Hampton Beach every year for 12 years. We have never gone back to the same place twice because we have always had issues with something. Not this time! We absolutely loved this house! It was so clean and spacious and had the most incredible view from the upstairs deck. Jake was wonderful and obviously cares about his property. We will definitely be contacting Jake next year for another chance to stay here!

Convenient

This was a great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, coffee, restaurants and bars. The owner was great responding to my questions before we got there! We’ll definitely stay here again!
