The Sand Castle room is a luxury bedroom decorated in Boho style with a private en suite bathroom. It's on the ground floor in the courtyard area of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The bedroom features a premium king-size bed and a seating area with a comfy loveseat, and an armoire to store your clothing. The bathroom features a walk-in tile shower, sink and makeup mirror. There's a 70" 4k UHD TV with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to the Mar Bella self-serve market where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Sand Castle is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay!

Absolutely incredible hotel!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mar Bella! I recommend this place to absolutely everyone. We always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. There’s a certain magic around the courtyard with the quiet and the lights and the hot tub. The rooms are always meticulously cleaned and stocked with everything you might need. Checking in and out is the simplest process, and the hosts are absolutely wonderful! We can’t wait for our next trip!!

End of Summer Season Getaway

We arrived early before our check in time. I enjoyed a nap on the hammock while waiting. Our host was meticulously attending to the beautiful flowers in the front of the property. The tall pine trees surrounding the parking area created an oasis of sorts. We checked into the Sand Castle room that was very clean and modern. A 70 inch 4K Smart TV over the fireplace was great. A nice leather couch situated in front of it made viewing it very nice. I really enjoyed the hot tub and pool with the lounge chairs. We didn't use the sauna but it was very modern and clean. Ice, water, coffee, and tea was awesome and free. Snacks were available for purchase. My roommate misplaced his gold chain that we looked for extensively. We didn't find it but the next day David called us to say that the maid found it in the room. He offered to mail it back so I was very happy to hear it. We will most definitely stay at the Mar Bella hotel again... JWG, Washington DC

Private Oasis

Beautiful spot, run like a b&b by a lovely couple. It was perfect for my husband and I who came from a busy/noisy life to relax. The rooms are big and comfortable, property is clean and functional. The owners are always around to help with any issues (which we had none). Be mindful of the location. You’ll need a car to get pretty much anywhere, including the beach. That being said, it’s close to any and every attraction this area has to offer. Would def recommend for anyone looking for a chill stay near Rehoboth/Dewey beach, Lewes, etc.

Perfection

This was our second stay at Mar Bella and it was perfection. David and Silvana were fantastic hosts and communication before, during, and after our stay was great. We stayed in the Sandcastle room, which was beautiful and included a fireplace! The sauna, hot tub and pool made our stay very relaxing and we’ll never stay anywhere else in Rehoboth!

Fantastic relaxing retreat!

I spent two nights at Mar Bella this summer by myself, and it was a lovely, relaxing get away. It’s very quiet at the hotel, even when other guests are out in the courtyard. Often I had the entire place to myself too—it felt like a secret oasis! It was easy driving distance to the beach and Cape Henlopen state park. I loved the room I was in and can’t wait to come back another time.
