Westville Gem - Stylish 1BR Retreat -Private 3rd Floor Stay

I chose Westville because it offers a wonderful balance of neighborhood charm, convenience, and access to everything New Haven has to offer. I especially enjoy the tree-lined streets, nearby Edgewood Park, local restaurants and cafés, and the relaxed community feel. At the same time, Yale, downtown New Haven, area hospitals, Southern Connecticut State University, public transportation, and major highways are all close by. It’s a neighborhood where you can enjoy a quieter place to come home to while still being just minutes from the energy, dining, culture, and attractions of the city.

What makes this property special is its blend of historic New Haven character and modern comfort. Located in a historic district, the home is surrounded by the charm and character that make Westville such a distinctive neighborhood. Inside, the apartment has been thoughtfully refreshed and furnished to feel bright, comfortable, and welcoming while still reflecting the character of the property. Guests can enjoy the peaceful feel of a residential neighborhood along with convenient access to parks, restaurants, universities, hospitals, and downtown New Haven. It offers something many stays don’t—a cozy, well cared for home with a true sense of place.
