Private Dock: Your houseboat is secured with our dedicated docking area, with a docked tiki boat, hot tub, and relaxation area, providing peace of mind and easy access.
Outdoor Living Space: Step off the boat onto the island where you can unwind. There's a designated spot for a bonfire, dining, grilling, the hot tub, time to relax, or just enjoying the natural surroundings.
Sleeping Arrangements: Accommodates 2 guests with a pull-out couch offering a double bed. Sheets and pillows are included.
Pets Allowed: Yes, bring your furry friends along (with a pet fee)
Air Conditioning: Yes.
