Only seconds to the sand to hit the beach! Walking distance to over 12 different restaurants, brunch and bars in minutes!
Unwind and BBQ with friends and/or family on the front deck while taking in the ocean views and hear the waves crashing.
View San Diego's green flash sunsets, take out the beach cruiser bikes (provided in garage) onto the boardwalk to Belmont Park or PB, admire the sailboats on Mission Bay from the rooftop deck and finish up the evening with full view of the bay and the Sea World summer fireworks at night (summer only)!
This recently renovated three bedroom, three ensuite bath beach retreat will give you the full San Diego beach experience and truly getaway!
Weekly and monthly renters are welcome with generous discounts! Please inquire me with any questions or if you'd like to discuss a longer stay.
Other details: The garage can snugly accommodate two small SUVs, crossovers and/or sedans with maximum roof clearance of 68" and 192" deep.
As with most beach places, there is not central AC but ceiling fans are in every bedroom and the living room.
