Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. In line with the Building Parking Policy, large vehicles will be denied access at check-in.
The following vehicle types will be turned away:
1. Vehicles with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe controls, or defective brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, and those taller than 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, lockers, or containers that are difficult to maneuver in the garage.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or custom rims and oversized tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-style controls.
Pets are welcome based on their size, but please notify us in advance if you're bringing a pet to avoid cancellations. A cleaning fee per pet applies:
* \$25 per pet, per night for stays of 1-4 nights
* \$200 per pet for stays of 5-29 nights
* \$300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer
Please note: The company is not responsible for building maintenance or repair issues.
**Guest Verification Required**
To meet legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued ID, verify your contact information, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is used solely for screening and verification and will not be stored or shared for any other purposes.
All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By booking, you agree to:
* Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
* Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
* Complete a background check if requested by the property manager or owner, as specified in the rental agreement.
* Understand that check-in instructions will be sent after the verification process is completed.
Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. Reservations that do not meet verification criteria may be canceled.
