VISITORS:

*Visitors are only allowed if they do not exceed the apartment's maximum occupancy, and are permitted before 6 pm.

*After 6 pm, if there is availability, visitors must be added as guests. An additional charge may apply.

*Visitors must provide their name and ID number and present it at reception.

PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION
*When making the reservation, you must provide the names, ID numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses of each guest.

At reception, the information will be verified against ID cards, so you must present them.

You must complete and sign a registration card, accepting the accommodation and building policies. Photos of your ID documents will be taken at the reception desk.

I'd like to remind you of the house and building rules to ensure harmony with your neighbors and a wonderful experience.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.

- Parties, social gatherings, and excessive noise are prohibited, especially after quiet hours.

- Guests are not allowed without prior notification and registration with both the host and reception. *Visitors may only enter before 6:00 PM.* After 6:00 PM, additional guests may be added, provided they do not exceed the apartment's maximum occupancy. Additional charges may apply.

- Please note that linens (bedding and towels) are for hygiene purposes only. Any stains on towels and/or sheets (makeup, blood, wine, etc.) or damage will be reported and charged accordingly. We kindly ask that you help us conserve water and electricity (turn off fans, air conditioners, lights, etc.) when leaving the apartment.

Any violation is subject to a penalty or fine, but we know that won't happen; this is just a reminder as a matter of protocol.
