VISITORS
• Visitors are only allowed if the apartment’s maximum capacity is not exceeded. Visits are allowed before 6:00 p.m.
• After 6:00 p.m., if there is available capacity, visitors must be added as registered guests, which may sometimes incur an additional fee.
• Visitors must provide their full name and ID at the building reception.
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA
• When making a reservation, all guests must provide full names, ID numbers, emails, and addresses.
• Reception will verify this information with the ID, which must be presented upon arrival.
• Guests must complete a registration form, signing to accept the apartment and building policies. Photos of ID documents will also be taken.

We’d like to kindly remind you of our house and building rules
These are in place to maintain harmony with our neighbors and ensure you have an amazing stay.
• Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony.
• No parties, social gatherings, or loud noises, especially after quiet hours.
• No unregistered guests are allowed. Any visitors must be reported to both the host and the building reception. Visitors may only enter before 6:00 p.m. After that time, they must be added as registered guests (as long as the maximum capacity is not exceeded). Additional charges may apply.
• Linens and towels are for hygienic use only. Any stains (such as makeup, blood, wine, etc.) or damage will be reported and charged accordingly.
• Please help us save water and electricity by turning off fans, air conditioning, and lights when leaving the apartment.
Any violations may result in a fine or penalty — though we’re sure that won’t be necessary ?
This is simply a reminder to ensure everything runs smoothly.
