Our two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and functional space, ideal for both short and extended stays. The layout includes one full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a welcoming living area with a dining table. Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the apartment makes it easy to stay connected.



Located in a desirable area near parks and the beach, the apartment provides a great balance of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy nearby green spaces, waterfront walks, and easy access to local attractions, making it a great choice for guests looking to unwind while staying close to everything the area has to offer.

There is one flight of stairs leading to the unit.



Other Things to Note:

Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.

It was very clean and cute! The host is absolutely amazing and responded to any questions I had. Very sweet!
Every detail was thoightul, including earplugs left for sleeping since next to the subway. I will say we didn’t use them because it wasn’t a bother at all.

Very cute apartment in the arts district. free parking everywhere if you’re not out too late. Host was very nice but was probably AI.comfy beds and AC in every room

The only thing was the parking. I am from Chicago and it was really hard to find parking in this particular area. Otherwise all was descent. I would definitely stay there again.

No keys for front entrance, only keys for back entrance.No curtains on window facing side street where there was a street light. No laundry facilities as stated. Could not get keys for front entrance and we did try. Lock box hard to open. Filters in air condition units were dirty.Only good thing, place was a little clean.

The building front entrance is managed by the building, and we provide keys for the back entrance for guest access; we’ll clarify this further in the listing to avoid confusion. We’ve also checked and cleaned the air conditioner filters since your stay, and the lockbox has been inspected to make opening easier.
