PETS POLICY

Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog (note: only dogs are allowed). An additional pet fee of $75 per stay or $250 for stays of 28 days or longer applies. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste and covering any costs related to flea treatment or damages caused by the pet. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must not be left alone in the home unless kenneled or crated. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

For your convenience, a 240-volt outlet is available in the garage for electric vehicle charging, please bring your own power cable. We are proud to be family-friendly and offer essentials such as a Pack 'n Play, high chair, kids' utensils, and a baby gate. The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and plenty of extra towels and linens to ensure your comfort.

Please remember, smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited, and parties are not allowed to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
