**General Rules:**
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Please do not exceed this with over night guests.
Respectful Conduct: Please be mindful of neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud parties or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
No Smoking Policy:
Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vapes, and other similar products) is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the condominium unit or on the balcony.
This policy is for the comfort and safety of all guests and to comply with condominium association rules.
A significant cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
Balcony Use:
Enjoy the balcony responsibly. Please keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings.
Do not throw anything from the balcony.
Please do not hang towels, clothing, or other items over the balcony railing.
Keep the balcony tidy and free of trash.
Pets: No Pets Allowed
To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of all guests, pets are strictly not permitted on the property.
Evidence of pets in the property will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all trash in the designated trash chute/bins located on each floor near the elevators. Please tie all trash bags securely.
Kitchen & Appliances: Please leave the kitchen tidy. Wash all dishes and return them to their proper places. Turn off all appliances when not in use and before checking out.
Windows & Doors: Please close all windows and doors when leaving the unit or when the air conditioning/heating is in use.
Thermostat Settings: Please set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature. Do not set the A/C below 68 or heat higher than 75.
Security: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property and at night. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
Damage & Breakages: Please report any damage or breakages immediately to 251-233-7936. Guests will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items.
Parking:
Common Areas: Please be respectful of all common areas within the condominium building (lobbies, hallways, elevators, pool area, gym, etc.). Follow any posted rules for these areas.
Emergencies:In case of an emergency, please dial 911. For non-emergency issues related to the property, please contact us at 251-233-7936 immediately. You can call or text.
