Main Level
• Bright, open-plan living room with vaulted ceilings, french doors leading to deck, and a stone-faced gas fireplace on an easy wall-timer.
• Deluxe kitchen—granite, stainless, gas Wolf range, well-equipped, LARGE pantry.
• Dining table for 6 plus countertop seating for casual breakfasts (plus a kid's table with four more seats!).
• Primary suite: king bed, spa-style en-suite (full tub + walk-in shower), and private deck access.
• Handy half-bath just off the living area.

Lower Level
• Game room: ping-pong table, air-hockey table, mini putting green, Xbox 360 with two controllers and a second gas fireplace—perfect for rainy-day tournaments.
• Dedicated workspace with desk + fast Wi-Fi.
• Bedroom 2: king bed.
• Bedroom 3: twin trundle + two twin-over-queen bunks (sleeps 8 kiddos or the young-at-heart!).
• Shared full bath with tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Living
• Hot tub on the lower patio—watch the river roll by while you soak.
• Two fire pits (one riverside, one near the house) with Adirondack seating for s'mores sessions.

Guest Access
Entire home, inside and out, is yours—no shared spaces. We have three locked closets, but there is ample storage throughout the cabin. Flat parking for 4+ vehicles and easy, paved road access all the way to the driveway.

• Smart, keyless entry—code provided the morning of check-in.
• Three exterior security cameras (facing river from the back of the house, facing driveway & front door ring doorbell) for your peace of mind—never inside.
• We provide starter supplies (trash bags, paper products, soaps).
• Dogs welcome with prior approval and fee; sorry, no cats (allergy friendly).
• Grocery delivery available from Ellijay
