Beautiful Gulf view .. pool sparkling and maintained. Clean kitchen, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, extra clean quality linens..best of all our host, Jennifer.

Although the building and unit are a little dated, it had everything we needed for a wonderful beach experience. So nice to sit on the patio and watch the water. A short walk around the pool and then right into sand. Everything in the unit worked fine and the host was quick to respond to questions.

Do not hesitate to book if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting! I can’t say enough about the property - the beach is only steps away and is gorgeous and the heated pool is wonderful. Close to great restaurants and the host has everything you need to make it feel like home. We can’t wait to go back!

perfect location. close to restaurants and groceries. You can see the ocean and sunsets from the living room. Very cozy and clean with cute nic nacs and decor. Had everything we needed. Great communication with the host.Would definitely stay here again.

Staying in this apartment for the second year in a row, we had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was there. the host took care of everything. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. We had a wonderful time staying here.I absolutely recommend this apartmentStayed 9 nights.

This was a great vm get away. Affordable, nice and quiet. Beautiful beachfront condo basically to ourselves for it mid July stay! The guests, and owners in the other condos were very respectful. Communication with our host was fantastic. Don’t pass up this opportunity if you want a quiet and relaxing vacation spot. We had a bonus visit from a local egret that required a daily feeding before he would quit stalking and staring at me through the patio door. He goes by ‘Jeeves’

Great condo directly on the beach! We loved sitting on the patio everyone drinking our coffee looking at the oceans swell as watching the sunsets in the evenings! The condo has everything you need and the bed is super comfy!

Not clean/dated

Stayed for a week. I would fire the cleaning crew very dirty. Smoke detector did not work. Buy your own ice. Every inch of the condo was very dated. Will not return. They have an iron but no board. So you could burn the place down but wouldn’t know because smoke detector not working.

Relax ans Enjoy

Condo was just as pictured. Clean and roomy. Was stocked with basic essentials and beach chairs/floats. Only thing I would change was the blinds in front room wouldn’t close, and the dryer works, but spent a long time night before leaving figuring out you could Only use quick dry setting. Communication was good. I would stay again in future when in area.:)

AMAZING!!

I have been coming to this area for over 10 years and this place was awesome. Literally steps from the pool and beach. Clean, inviting, comfortable. Had everything we needed for our time there. Jennifer was prompt and always there throughout the entire process. Great communication. Best vacation hands down. This place has everything needed for a wonderful week of making memories. Hands down recommend and we will be back. Very thankful to have been able to share this little slice of heaven. Thank you Jennifer for being an awesome host. Brian & Valerie

Great place, but................

Everything was satisfactory with 2 exceptions. The wood bed frame sticks out very far at the foot of the bed. I stubbed my toes 3 times and my wife twice...very painful. I would bet anything we aren't the first. Probably won't return unless the problem is fixed. For the price, have half decent outdoor furniture. It's rusty and disgusting. Take some of the profits and buy a new one.
