Not Suitable for Children: Ideal for adult relaxation



Parking: One parking pass per reservation. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly. The garage has a clearance of 6’7” (6’9” at ramps).



Motorcycles Allowed: No golf carts or trailers in the garage area



No Pets/Animals Allowed



Non-Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building (beach, parking garage). Smoking is NOT permitted on the balcony or inside the condo. NO EXCEPTIONS.



Minimum Stay Requirements:



3-Night Minimum Rental during off-season (4-night minimum for off-season holidays)

View was amazing. Supplied everything needed from coffee to Q-tips. Unit very updated and clean. Steps to beach and nice to have indoor and outdoor pool since was very hot. Very responsive to questions. Definitely recommend!

This is honestly the best property that I have ever stayed at! So many extras. Beach towels, hug K-cup selection, Bluetooth speakers, Stanley cups and more. Every was clean and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Beautiful, well-equipped condo with spectacular views!!

We have stayed in several condos at Water's Edge Resort but this condo is by far, the best!! It is the best property we have ever rented. Joni made our entire experience enjoyable. She doesn't overlook any detail. We look forward to returning in September!

Unfortunately, the AC went out in the building so we didn't stay but we did stay in this condo a month ago and it is everything and more than the listing describes. You will not be disappointed!!

Definitely will stay here again! This place had everything you needed! It was ALMOST like being at home. The owners really took in consideration the possibility of you leaving something at home because if you left it, they most likely had it stocked for you. Everything was well organized (labeled and all!) and clean. I only have two complaints…neither of which are the owners fault. Whoever stayed here previously did not rinse off the beach chairs and they had sand all over them (I know, it’s the beach for gods sake, BUT, you walk past rinse stations and all it takes is a minute or so). Also, the pipeline work that’s being done kinda took away from the ocean view and the accessibility to the beach which limited the area for umbrellas and chairs (unless of course you set up your spot at 8am).The stay was everything I had anticipated and more. The owners have other properties and I will definitely be checking out the other places because it’s obvious they take pride in taking care of their guests!
