ムジカペントハウス360ºは、セジンブラで最も中心的なアパートです。 2018年に改装され、800m先に新しいガレージが購入されました。 2台目の車をご希望の場合は、小型車であれば、下の階の元の駐車場に収まる可能性があります。 アパートはサナホテルと歴史的な砦の間に位置しています。 バルコニーからはセジンブラのビーチが一望できます。 バルコニーは360ºなので、丘の上にはセジンブラの村と城も見えます。 アパートメントは3階にあり、階段でのみアクセス可能です。 通常ポルトガル語で、木製の天井があります。

Wonderful property in the best location

Everything sbout this stay was great! The location is amazing, with a beautiful beach, a castle and the best restaurants all within walking distance! The property is very nice and was a good size for our family and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the perfect evenings. The hosts were great too and everything was very smooth.

Great location!

We recently stayed in this lovely apartment with 360 degree balcony and incredible location. We were greeted by the local property manager’s son and mother who were extremely helpful as we had several very heavy bags that we needed to haul up 3 flights of stairs (be aware). The local managers were super responsive and helpful, especially when trying to solve a lock and key problem over the course of 2 days (which added an extreme amount of stress and solicitation of many neighbors and strangers to help solve). I eventually was able to contact and discuss this with the general property manager who was out of the country on holiday. He, in turn, was able to contact the condo owner or building manager and the problem was solved shortly thereafter. Future guests won’t have to deal with this lock and key issue as the lock and key were subsequently changed. Aside from the lock/key problem, the only other real critique I would mention is that there were no extra amenities like coffee, shampoo. Perhaps this is Covid related but often times vacation properties offer a welcome gift of wine or some other local delicacies. Frankly I was quite surprised that there wasn’t even coffee. There is a free parking space and in this area that is a huge bonus. As I mentioned the local hosts were extremely responsive, personable and helpful. Another surprise came with our bill. When a place lists that it sleeps 6, it would seem that more than six guests would be extra. We were charged for an extra person (supposedly they charge extra for more than 2) which came as a surprise. But, as far as a great place to stay right across the street from the beach & easily walkable location to other areas in Sesimbra, this place does have it all.

Localização excelente

A localização do apartamento é excelente...mesmo em cima da praia. O proprietário Colin é extremamente simpático e atencioso. Sempre muito prestável !
