A security deposit hold is required prior to arrival of $200 and will be released 5 days after checkout.

We had wonderful stay at this cozy home located in just the right spot, just what my husband & I needed for a mountain escape close to the lake. And experienced a summer thunder storm & rain that was so refreshing. We will stay again! A big thank you to our wonderful Host Heather for being so helpful!

It was an adorable place. Only thing is we had to shovel the walk way and the back walkway to the hottub and clean needles out of the hottub which forThe price maybe should have been taken care of and it was 55 degrees in the house which was pretty cold. But still had a great time

There is no garage access at this home.
This home is equipped with central heat and air conditioning.
*This home does have a small wood stove. There is no firewood provided. If you use the wood stove you are required to clean it, this is not included in the cleaning fee. The deck, patio furniture, bbq and deck access (except the hot tub) are not accessible in the Winter months due to snow
