Space can be outfitted with 1 or 2 queen beds, as desired.
Any guest who will be staying for 30 days or more must pass or provide:

-References (prior landlord/housemate/employment)
I will accept booking requests, but these items must be completed. Please understand that I take the safety security of myself and anyone else staying in the house seriously. If any of this is not acceptable, please do not request to book.
One important detail is that this house is on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, and my relationship with the neighbors is important to me. I ask that guests please:
(1) Be mindful of quietness, inside and outside. 9:30 pm outdoor quiet hour, sound carries very well over the lake. Please do not book this place if you're looking for a place to be outdoors and loud at night! Inside, there could be people on the first floor, so being mindful of noise levels on the floor and at night is essential. If your group has a lot of noisy playful kids or cannot maintain quiet at night, it probably isn't a match.
(2) Keep cars in the driveway or on the property (no street parking please)
(3) No events, and NO additional visitors unless previously agreed!!! I know how perfect the space looks for events, and I ask that all guests communicate how you intend to use the space (and I do have outdoor security cameras for the house).

This home is a beautiful place to stay, it is NOT a party spot, event center or gathering place. This is a quiet and intimate cul-de-sac street. All neighbors have been here for many years, many are retired, and are friendly and would love to say hello! Please treat them with the same respect you would treat your own neighbors. The most important thing to them is quietness at night.
So, if you’re looking for a place to feel free staying up late and being loud and rowdy by the bonfire at night, this is not a match. If you’re looking to enjoy the property and lake, and can respects neighbors as your own, this is a match.
