This listing is for the 3 bed 2 bath 1st floor space ONLY in a waterfront house that also has a separate 2 bedroom space in the Lower Level, Available for 30+ Days ONLY.
It's is all about the lake - that peaceful easy feeling that everything is alright comes with being at this property. The 1 acre flat lawn and remodel featuring natural woods and artistic details make it easy to enjoy! Check out the pictures of all the fun stuff by the water!
On a quiet cul-de-sac, and fully equipped!
The space
This house is a lakefront ranch with a walkout lower level facing the lake, and an epic back yard. The deck, sauna , and spacious yet private design make this property feel like a tiny resort or retreat center. Up north vibes conveniently in Oakland County.
This listing is for the FIRST FLOOR. There may be other people or myself in the lower level.
FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, rear concrete patio, Rear Deck.
LOWER LEVEL (NOT included in the listing): 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, small kitchen, living room, sauna, Large Concrete Patio
OUTDOOR (shared):
Concrete deck with seating
Full size composite deck.
Large concrete patio.
Parthenon Pergola Outdoor eating area with huge picnic table and Gas and charcoal grill.
4 paddle boards, 4 adult kayaks, 2 children’s kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat. Plenty of lifejackets.
A bright space with regular and colored LED lighting option switches. Black Walnut, maple, and other natural wood features. Great vibe.
Space is currently outfitted with 2 queen beds. The remaining 1 bedroom upstairs could have a queen air mattress, or another queen bed that is currently stored if enough notice is given to set it up.

Other things to note
Any guest who will be staying in for 30 days or more must pass or provide:
-Background Check
-Employment/Student Verification
-References (prior landlord/housemate/employment)
I will accept booking requests, but these items must be completed. Please understand that I take the safety security of myself and anyone else staying in the house seriously. If any of this is not acceptable, please do not request to book.
One important detail is that this house is on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, and my relationship with the neighbors is important to me. I ask that guests please:
(1) Be mindful of quietness, inside and outside. 9:30 pm outdoor quiet hour, sound carries very well over the lake. Please do not book this place if you're looking for a place to be outdoors and loud at night! Inside, there could be people in the lower level, so being mindful of noise levels on the floor and at night is essential. If your group has a lot of noisy playful kids or cannot maintain quiet at night, it probably isn't a match.
(2) Keep cars in the driveway or on the property (no street parking please)
(3) No events, and NO additional visitors unless previously agreed!!! I know how perfect the space looks for events, and I ask that all guests communicate how you intend to use the space (and I do have outdoor security cameras for the house).

This home is a beautiful place to stay, it is NOT a party spot, event center or gathering place. This is a quiet and intimate cul-de-sac street. All neighbors have been here for many years, many are retired, and are friendly and would love to say hello! Please treat them with the same respect you would treat your own neighbors. The most important thing to them is quietness at night.
So, if you’re looking for a place to feel free staying up late and being loud and rowdy by the bonfire at night, this is not a match. If you’re looking to enjoy the property and lake, and can respects neighbors as your own, this is a match.
