The open-plan kitchen is a true highlight. It features sleek cabinets and all the appliances you need, from a stovetop to a washer, allowing you to cook and feel at home with ease.
The lovely bedroom is designed for comfort. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for restful sleep and an attached private bathroom, ensuring ultimate privacy.
You'll also find a convenient powder room with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries.
For your convenience, daily housekeeping services are available upon request (additional fee applies). We ensure the apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge:
For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management, as a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement:
As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy:
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty:
Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
