This place is phenomenal! A true paradise. Everything is so clean and crisp and the decor is spot on! The only downfall I had was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not work for us for some reason - and the 4th floor tv would not connect to the wifi so the kids could not watch the tv in there. Those 2 things are minor compared to our overall experience!!! We absolutely love this place and plan to comeback!!!!

We had the absolute best time! The home was beautifully decorated and cozy. The cowboy pool was a hit with the littles. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but the provided wagon made it super easy to carry things. Also, loved the fact they supplied beach equipment (that is always a hassel to try and pack in a car). We enjoyed every minute!!!

Perfect Beach House

The house is beautifully furnished and perfectly located. Lots of fun spaces for relaxing and feeling pampered. Steps from the beach. You can walk to a few restaurants nearby (or the brewery) or you can take a short drive to Port St Joe. The cowboy pool is perfect for cooling off after a hot day in the sun. The patio lounge set near the pool sits in the middle of a cross breeze that is pure heaven.

It was satisfying with all of our needs. Very pretty home. I should have paid more attention with rooms with stairs. Plus the work to the beach was not fun . Packing all chairs tents bags etc. The water easnt as clear as i would have liked it to be. Over all we had a good time

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you had a good time overall and found the home pretty. We were a bit surprised by the rating given that our listing clearly indicates we're not beachfront, and water clarity is beyond our control due to natural conditions. We also provide detailed information about the home's layout, including stairs. This is why it's important to personally review all of the listing details rather than relying on a third party to choose accommodations for you.

This rental is gorgeous and you can't beat having your toes in the sand in less than 2 minutes! Location is fantastic, both to the beach and many local shops and restaurants. Katie was great to work with and unlike some rentals there was very little to do at checkout. My girls loved having their own bunk bed "clubhouse" and the little pool on days they got tired of the ocean. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (age 12, 14, 15) and had plenty of room and more. Bonuses-- plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo/conditioner. Plus lots of beach supplies and towels are provided so those were things we didn't have to pack ourselves. I wish the view was a little better but Mexico Beach is building itself back up rapidly and new places pop up all over the place. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future!

This is a beautiful townhouse. Very well decorated. Easy beach access. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!!
