A/C good for air circulation...Show and bathroom spacious! Comfortable bed, beautiful garden with fresh flowers used inside for pretty decorations (if no allergies to flowers.... even asked if ok to have flowers inside :) ) darling doggies, walking distance, plenty of parking both at location and on street..... we'll be back! While we did not have the opportunity to stay due to an unexpected death in the family, I would’ve book again in a heartbeat. The host was so kind and considerate during this very difficult time for my family.

This property was cute as a button and perfect for a one-night stay with my 2 daughters as we moved one into her dorm at OU.The only negative was that breakfast at the main house of the B&B was to be included. Around 7:45 AM, I tried the door to the main house and it was locked. I sent the host a message on VRBO and via text, to request the code to the door, but did not receive a reply until SEVERAL HOURS later, after we had already left. Needless to say, we had to get breakfast elsewhere.

This is my second time staying at this property, and it was just as amazing as the first time! Host service is phenomenal, beds are comfy, house rules are simple. The location is also amazing, as you can easily walk to Court Street, or even East State if you needed. Thanks for another great experience hOUm!!!

Great location. Perfect if you want to ride down the hill to the Odena bike path or walk just a couple short blocks to the end of Court Street and stroll down into campus.
