Please be aware that during the summer months the air conditioning unit is situated in the living room of the apartment. To ensure your maximum comfort, a supplementary fan is thoughtfully provided for additional cooling throughout the space.
Selden St requires payment for parking, except during the hours of 10 pm to 7 am and on Sundays when it is free. Additionally, there are free parking options on select side streets, as well as some spots on 2nd and 3rd St. It's advised for guests to be mindful of any posted signage to ensure a smooth parking experience.
Feel free to bring your furry friends as this unit is pet-friendly! We do charge a $25 pet fee and we kindly request that you make an effort to keep them off the furniture when possible. :)
