This spacious three-level home offers stunning open-water views from every level, with private balconies on the first and second floors. Enjoy peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets from the balcony swings or unwind by the boathouse, for ultimate relaxation.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on Pea Hill Creek of Lake Gaston, our home offers both privacy and convenience:

• Marina nearby for boat rentals
• Public boat access just a few miles away
• Dollar General (5 mins) and Food Lion (15 mins) for essentials

**Please note that this is a family friendly home, in a quiet neighborhood. We can not support house parties or events.

If you are planning to bring your own boat the bridges in Lake Gaston tend to have a low clearance and the bridge from the main lake to Pea Hill Creek, where our home is located is 8'7". Boating and fishing licensing and regulation information is available on the NC Wildlife website.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lucky Dock! The boat dock was amazing – super nice and perfect for hanging out by the water or heading out on the lake. The game room kept everyone entertained, and the living area was cozy and great for relaxing together after a fun day.The whole place felt welcoming and really well taken care of. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be coming back to The Lucky Dock!

Family vacation

Mercedes was a wonderful host! If we had any problems at all, she went above and beyond to make it right! The pictures online are accurate and the home had everything you would need for a fabulous vacation!! You won’t regret a getaway here!!

Great experience

Great location, nice house layout and comfortable beds and furniture. Great deck on the house AND a great dock and deck on the water. We really enjoyed our time there.

Lots of toys & cute place

Family gathering with teens and adults from 3 states. The house was perfect for us. It was well decorated and the arcade and water toys kept everyone entertained. We will definitely stay here again!

The Lucky Dock was everything our family needed and more. In addition to the obvious amenities that go along with a house on the lake we were impressed with the amount of space we all had. The game room was an unexpected hit for the younger members of our family. Additional pros was the proximity to the local grocery store, restaurants, and the marina where we were able to rent a boat for the day. The dock made for easy loading and unloading of the boat. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Lakehouse

We had a great trip here spending most of our time on the dock and with all the kayaks and water toys the owners provide access to. Close enough to marina and stores to pick up items you need, but enough space to feel like you have your own slice of lake.

Our home at Lake Gaston is where we make some of our best memories and we can’t wait to share this little slice of paradise with you!

Our property is in what most would say is the best creek of Lake Gaston - Pea Hill Creek. We have an extra boat slip to bring your boat and public access to the lake is just a few miles away.

It is family friendly, a flat lot and a short walk from the house to the lake. The house comes fully equipped with water activities for the family such as a water mat, kayaks, floats, etc.
