Two expansive outdoor decks offer breathtaking views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Mexico Beach Canal, providing unforgettable sunsets and serene coastal scenery.

Guests enter on the ground level beneath the home, where you’ll find the pool area, patio space, and outdoor games. The first living level welcomes you with designer furnishings and an open-concept floor plan that feels spacious yet inviting—ideal for both large gatherings and intimate groups. The living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a beautifully appointed kitchen featuring granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and a bar with additional seating. This level also includes a convenient powder room and two king ensuite bedrooms.

The second floor offers four additional king ensuite bedrooms, one of which includes a king-over-king bunk for extra sleeping capacity. Two of these bedrooms feature private outdoor decks with stunning Gulf and canal views. A spacious laundry room is also located on this level for guest convenience.

**Pool can be heated for an additional cost**
All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. This home is not pet friendly and does not allow smoking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
