A bistro table for two and a grill make this spot perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners surrounded by alpine beauty.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms on two floors.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with the living area, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo (first floor).



Bedroom #2 includes 2 full size beds, a smart TV, and balcony access with a full bathroom shared with the rest of the condo (second floor).



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV and a full ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo (second floor).



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Communal washer and dryer facilities.

• Garage parking for 1 vehicle available. Parking pass provided at the front desk upon check-in. Overnight pay parking is available in the Lionshead Parking structure for $60/night.

• The Landmark Residences is equipped with external security cameras in common areas.

• As is common in the Vail Valley, this property does not have airconditioning.

• This unit is privately owned and is not managed by the property management, therefore daily housekeeping is not included. Additional housekeeping is available on request for an additional fee.
