A Wonderful Stay!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this rental home. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and linens. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, and fun getaway!

Great family trip

Our family had a great holiday stay at Linda's place in Cape Coral. Everyone loved it. We spent a lot of time in the solar heated pool. Also loved the outdoor bar-kitchen area. Did a little fishing in the canal off the dock. Would definitely return . The home was very clean and in a great location. Not far to gulf access by boat and close to core of Cape Coral with great selection of bars and restaurants.

A Beautiful Oasis to Vacation

The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. Linda was always available to help us out. The pool was very warm & inviting and the outdoor kitchen was spectacular. We ate all of our meals in the lanai. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay in Cape Coral

This home was so clean & inviting - the kitchen is beautiful & fully stocked looking over the outside kitchen/bbq & awesome inground pool. We sat outside most of the time & enjoyed the screened in room - no bugs! It was so special to be on the canal. Later in the evening we were so comfortable watching tv & reading in the living room. Lots of nearby restaurants & shopping. Everything we hoped for in a vacation home!

When booking the property looked too good to be true but we were not disappointed. The house is great, 5 star for sure. We loved getting up and having coffee on the lanai and then making breakfast. It is awesome to go to the Publix or The Lobster Lady and pick up fresh seafood and fish and cook it in the outdoor kitchen. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and great location. The pool was so great as well and nice and warm. We will be back!

Stunning Home & Amazing Location!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and I did not want to leave! First of all, the location is ideal because you have everything you could possibly want within a short distance (restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, great shopping!). When you return to this dream home, you have the peace and quite of watching for dolphins in the canal, the lani covered pool, a gorgeous outdoor kitchen, etc... everything was so clean and well taken care of - it felt like being in my own house (or better!)! It truly was one of the most relaxing, wonderful vacations we have ever taken. Families & Couples getaways are in our future here in this home!

Beautiful location with great amenities

House was very clean and up-to-date. Very spacious and comfortable. We loved the outdoor kitchen - it was so nice to make dinner by the pool and not have to eat out every night, Pool was beautiful - picture perfect. I had one question during our stay about using the internet, and Linda got back to me right away and helped me figure it out (was my error LOL) - was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again if available - would definitely recommend.

Great home ! 3 br. on deep water canal with access to bay. Lanai, pool, home and property is clean and well maintained. Listing accurately described the house and anemities. When owners were contacted re: technology question, response was quick and helpful. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone. We enjoyed local bars and restaurants, as well as boating and beach attractions.

Fantastic property - dream vacation!

This property has every amenity one could ask for in a South Florida vacation. The home was spotlessly clean, furnishings were comfortable and check in and check out were a breeze. Our favourite part of the property was the lanai with in-ground pool. For a family of five, with three kids in their early teens, the property met all of our needs. The location is terrific as it's only minutes away from so many activities like beaches, bike riding and shopping. We will definitely return!

Great Outdoor Kitchen/Pool

The home was very clean with a great pool and outside kitchen. Unfortunately the pool was listed as heated and it was not. It was confirmed that the heater was working but the water temperature never got warmer. We were unable to enjoy the pool. The TV in the living only worked the first night. The owner and the property manager were available and very curious but unable to fix it. Overall enjoyed it because we were with family.
