Villa Mimosa is located 2km from the beautiful beaches of Santa Maria and Capo Vaticano and just 15 minutes from Tropea, offering a view of the sea and the Strait of Messina from the property.
The large new swimming pool is also available to guests of the other villa.
It is a recently built semi-detached house, located in a breezy and quiet area surrounded by green meadows, olive groves and oak groves, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, having all the services close by.
Every couple/family can stay in complete relaxation and privacy.
In the 7000m2 property, there is a large garden with centenary olive trees and various types of plants and flowers, the large lawn and the home of the owners who personally take care of the garden will be available to provide you with information on the area, show you where to go to buy fruit, vegetables, eggs directly from the farmers, or where to go to eat good fish or typical local products.
Comforts are not neglected at Villa Mimosa: the new large swimming pool (shared with another villa), entrance with electric gate, covered internal parking, barbecue, internet wifi, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating will be at your disposal. , mosquito nets, children's playground.
The house on a ground floor, has an independent entrance and private garden, to ensure maximum privacy.
The two-room apartment sleeps 4, with a veranda (with table and chairs) and garden beds. It is furnished with care: antique furniture and accessories decorated by the landlady.
Entrance from the veranda, you will find:
- the bright living room with solid wood kitchen equipped with crockery and everything you need (fridge with freezer, oven, four-burner hob, dishwasher, food processor), table and chairs, satellite TV with Italian and foreign channels, and sofa bed double futon
- a hallway with a large built-in wardrobe
- the bathroom with a comfortable shower cubicle: you will find cheerful sunflowers and poppies on the walls
- the romantic double bedroom with wrought iron bed, exposed beams on the ceiling and Piedmontese bedside tables from the early 1900s restored and decorated by the landlady.

Great place to stay with children

Villa Mimosa is located in a quiet and serene place surrounded by olive trees and flowers. It's a 7-10 minute drive to the sea. The house is clean, well equiped and pleasantly decorated with sunflowers. There is a big lawn with playground for children and swimming pool near the villa. The only disadvantage is that wi-fi signal doesn't cover the entire house. Fulvia was a great hostess, who was always on hand to help, to answer any questions or to make suggestions regarding places to visit. She presented us a bottle of her own organic olive oil that was really delicious. Fulvia showed us a local farm where we were buying natural and cheap vegetables, fruits, eggs, cheese and wine throughout our stay. The rest we were buying at the supermarket, which was 15 minutes away by car. There is also a small shop in RIcadi (3 minutes away by car). I would really recommend Villa Mimosa to anyone who wants a relaxing family holiday.

Tolle Umgebung, schönes Haus

Kalabrien ist eine sehr schöne Gegend, welche zur weiteren Erkundung einlädt. Das Haus in Ricadi ist ein guter Standort Kalabrien zu entdecken, aber sich auch an den Stränden des Capo Vaticano zu entspannen. Das Haus liegt auch einem sehr gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool. Es ist in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Vermieterin Fulvia ist supernett und steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Schöner Urlaub in Meernähe

Wir waren dort 2 Wochen im Urlaub und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Vermieterin Fulvia ist sehr bemüht um Ihre Gäste und gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Man ist sehr schnell an einem der schönen Strände und hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Toller Urlaub in der Villa Mimosa

Wir hatten mit unserer 3 köpfigen Familie einen wirklich gelungenen Urlaub. Von der Ankunft (obwohl sehr spät um 23:30) bis zur Abreise war wirklich alles reibungslos. Die Anlage, sowie unsere Ferienwohnung waren sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist besonders für kleine Kinder geeignet, da sie hier ihr eigenes und unser Meinung nach sicheres Reich finden. Auch die Hauseigentümerin war jederzeit ansprechbar und Hilfsbereit. Uns wurde sogar unser Schlüssel nach Deutschland nachgeschickt, da wir ihn leider vor Ort vergessen haben. Fazit: Abolut für einen ruhigen Urlaub zu empfehlen - wir denken darüber nach im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen!

Perfect accomodation at Capo Vaticano

We spent a very nice week in the apartment Girasole – which is the one on the opposite side of the pool with sunset in the afternoon. The whole property is perfectly maintained, a very nice and spacious garden with a lot of privacy. The apartment is very nice, the kitchen fully equipped and everything is in perfect condition and absolutely clean. Fulvia is very, very helpful and friendly and does everything she can to help (provides medical assistance or helps to find lost wallets ;-), recommends nice beaches and restaurants). It’s a short car drive of 10-20 min. to the beaches of Capo Vaticano and Tropea. Just the road which leads to the house is a bit bumpy, but beyond the entrance gate of the property you are in a different world. Very good value for your money. Once again thank you for the nice stay and all your help. Highly recommended!

Un'oasi felice!

Villa Mimosa è stata la nostra oasi felice durante le ultime vacanze perché purtroppo la Calabria non ci ha entusiasmato. Situata su una collinetta dove tira sempre un po' di venticello fresco è davvero il posto ideale dove rilassarsi. Giardino splendido e molto curato (sotto gli ulivi della nostra parte di giardino è stato un piacere sdraiarsi e leggere) i due appartamenti sono attigui ma ognuno ha la privacy garantita grazie alla posizione degli ingressi e delle verande, arredati in maniere semplice ma ideale per una casa vacanze, cucina attrezzata. Non abbiamo usato molto la piscina, carina ma troppo piccola per poterci nuotare. Tornando dal mare era davvero un piacere rilassarsi in questa bella casetta e cenare sotto le stelle al fresco e nella quiete totale!

Relax tra la natura

Abbiamo trascorso circa due settimane in perfetta tranquillità. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Fulvia e Stefano aggiungono valore a un luogo già incantevole di suo. Il giardino, sempre perfettamente in ordine, e l'abitazione, decorata con amore, ti fanno amare ancor di più questo angolo d' Italia.

Posto incantevole per gli amanti del relax

Magnifica location vicina alle più belle spiaggie del posto. La casa è veramente magnifica, difficile trovare in vacanza altri posti così belli e soprattutto così ben curati. Magnifico giardino ben tenuto, casa completa di tutti gli accessori e pulitissima. Ideale per famiglie con bambini e per chi ama la tranquillità lontano da discoteche e dalle strade principali. Per arrivare al mare ci vuole la macchina, ma in 5 minuti si raggiungono tutte le migliori spiaggie. Ottima anche la piscina , non grande ma ideale per i bambini e per una rinfrescata di noi adulti. Fantastica location!

Splendida location immersa nella pace e nella tranquillità del verde calabrese. L'unico rumore il frinire delle cicale. Casa nuovissima, pulitissima e carinissima con particolari decorati dalla simpaticissima Fulvia (padrona di casa), completa di ogni stoviglia per qualunque necessità. Stefano e Fulvia sempre disponibili a soddisfare le ns. richieste ma senza violare la privacy della vacanza in famiglia. Ottima la posizione per potersi muovere e recare nelle cittadine limitrofe ricche di storia e cultura oppure per vedere spiagge e un mare unico nel suo genere. Parecchi ristoranti e negozi nei paraggi con menù economici e particolari. E' una vacanza che consiglierei ad amici e parenti per godersi totalmente il relax con in più la comodità della piscina e allo stesso tempo avere a pochi minuti il favoloso mare calabrese e la splendida Tropea.

VACANZA DA SOGNO

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Mimosa dal 27/07/13 al 03/08/13. L'appartamento è molto confortevole ed è fornito di tutto. Il giardino curatissimo così come ottima la piscina. La pulizia dell'appartamento e della piscina sono impeccabili. La cosa bella di Villa Mimosa è che si trova in un luogo tranquillo, lontana dai rumori ma allo stesso tempo vicina alle spiagge di Capo Vaticano e di Tropea che sono una più bella dell'altra. Meraviglioso il tramonto che si può ammirare dal faro di Capo Vaticano con le isole Eolie sullo sfondo. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare a Villa Mimosa sia per la bellezza del luogo che per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, Fulvia e Stefano, i quali vi daranno tutte le informazioni per trascorrere la vostra vacanza al meglio. posto incantevole anzi di più

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 10 al 23 agosto presso Villa Mimosa, dire che è un posto incantevole è riduttivo. In primo luogo Stefano e Fulvia (e Alessandro ed Emma) sono persone stupende di una ospitalità unica, il luogo è paradisiaco, situato in una contrada totalmente isolata da rumori, dove fanno compagnia le cicale e i grilli, e alla sera una civetta. Il giardino è sterminato e perfetto per chi come noi ha un bambino piccolo. La pulizia perfetta, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento al nostro arrivo pulitissimo, la piscina ottima se non si vuole scendere al mare che dista circa 4-5 km (consigliato girare tutte le spiagge), con acqua cristallina e panorama mozzafiato (la sera vedere lo Stromboli non ha prezzo). Il mangiare impeccabile, in perfetto stile calabrese, che offre mix di sapori unici a prezzi inimmaginabili, unito al cuore e all'ospitalità del luogo. RELAX !!!

Siamo stati per due settimane in questo incantevole posto. Abbiamo passato due settimane in completo relax. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari è veramente difficile da trovare. La bifamiliare è ubicata in zona strategica in quanto vicina a tante spiagge di Capo Vaticano. Per i bambini è un posto ideale ed estremamente confortevole. Pulizia della piscina e del giardino ottima. Ritengo di consigliare a tutti questra struttura efficiente. Un ringraziamento a Stefano e Fulvia. Emiliano e Veronica da Livorno

Die Villa Mimosa liegt ruhig und wunderschön

Die Villa Mimosa liegt ruhig eingebettet in einer wunderschönen Natur und nur wenige Minuten von Ricadi entfernt. Zu den wunderschönen Stränden und Städte sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Das Ferienhaus ist ausreichend für 4 Personen und mit viele Liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir haben uns an diesem wunderschönen Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und kamen sehr entspannt und erholt zurück. Wir können es nur empfehlen!!!

Die Villa Mimosa ein neueres Doppel Ferienhaus stilvoll eingerichtet für vier Personen in absoluter ruhiger Lage, morgens mit dem Gesang der Vögel den Tag auf dem Sitzplatz zu beginnen in einer sehr grosszügigen Gartenanlage mit Grill, Pool und Aussendusche ist einfach herrlich. geeignet für Menschen die Ruhe suchen oder für Familien mit Kindern. Mit dem Auto das unbedingt empfohlen wird erreicht man in wenige Fahrminuten Restaurants, Pizzerien und einfache Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste grössere Supermarkt befindet sich auf halben Weg nach Tropea. Etliche Badestrände, schöne abgelegene Buchten je nach Geschmack sind an der ganzen Küste zu finden, und in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Einen Ausflug in das nahe gelegene Tropea oder Richtung Südwesten nach Scilla mit den einladenden Fischrestaurants ist und mit einem der schönsten Strände sehr empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter der Villa Mimosa, Fulvia und Stefano eine sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereite Familie mit wirklich empfehlenswerten Typs abseits der bekannten Touristenattraktionen die Kalabrien zu bieten hat. Ich kann die Villa Mimosa wirklich uneingeschränkt den Menschen oder Familien mit Kindern weiterempfehlen, die Ruhe und Natur dem Trubel und Lärm vorziehen. The Villa Mimosa, a newer double rental, is for four persons searching a holidays without stress. There is a spacious garden, with barbecue, pool, outdoor shower and toys for children. To be a vacation home for people how look for relaxation or for families with children. Essential is a car, because in a few driving minutes you find restaurants, pizzerias and easy shopping. The closest main supermarket is located half way to Tropea. In three kilometers distance is the coastline with several beaches, beautiful secluded bays. I can recommend an excursion to nearby Tropea or to the southwest to Scilla where are inviting seafood restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches. The owner Fulvia und Stefano of the Villa Mimosa, is a very friendly, always helpful family. They speak Italian, French and English, and can enrich the holidays with truly commendable tips. I can really recommend the Villa Mimosa to unrestricted people or families with children who prefer calmness, peace and nature. We shall come back in the future.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons iti agriablement surpris par l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriitaire de notre location,le cadre itait tres agriable et accueillant, et la maison de vacance itait idiale et bien pensie rien ne manquait Merci pour votre accueil.

Finalmente ritorniamo a Villa Mimosa!

Finalmente siamo arrivati a maggio e quindi tra poco più di tre settimane potremo tornare a Villa Mimosa...!!! L'anno scorso abbiamo passato un bellissimo mese di agosto e quindi torniamo davvero con piacere!!! Ciao Fulvia e Stefano, ci vedremo a presto!!!
