Costinești has always had a special energy — a mix of youth, freedom, and the sound of waves just steps away. I chose this part of the neighborhood because it’s calm, residential, and tucked just far enough from the noise, while still being walking distance to the beach, promenade, cafés, and even festivals. It’s the kind of area where you can sleep well, walk barefoot to the beach in the morning, and explore as much or as little as you want during the day.
