Beautiful flat, well ventilated, with a balcony and nicely decorated.

It has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Both have blackout curtains, wardrobe, air conditioning, and excellent linens.

The living room is spacious, with a Smart TV, internet, and is integrated with the balcony and kitchen, which is well equipped and has a washer/dryer.

The building is modern, with full amenities, parking space, and an excellent location for work, events, or leisure in São Paulo.

A true gem in the area!

This building offers 24-hour security and is perfect for vacations, business trips, or long-term stays. Amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, laundry facilities, and parking.

You will have access to the common areas of the building shown in the photos. Entry instructions will be provided once your reservation is confirmed, and access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
