We arrived at our room at 12:30 am. The door code was text to my phone therefore we did not have to deal with anyone. When we got to our room it was clean and well organized. 5 stars all of the way. Great stay

Don’t stay here. Our room was horrible at the west beach location. Glad we were only there one night. Staff nice and lobby nice but room terrible. Would provide more details and specific room number (just in case other rooms are nice) but VRBO censors reviews.

Overall, we had a good stay. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the condo looked exactly like the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing.There were a few areas that could use some attention. The couch appeared to need a thorough cleaning, and I noticed what looked like the beginning stages of mold forming beneath the shower head in the bathroom. The bunk beds are best suited for very small children—I’m 5'2" and was unable to sit upright in the bottom bunk comfortably.One other thing to note is that there were quite a few rules regarding the thermostat, which may be something future guests want to be aware of. Overall, the location, view, and smooth check-in process made for an enjoyable stay, but a few maintenance and comfort issues could be improved.
