Registration required: All guests & pets must be registered and the rental agreement completed before check-in details are sent.
Minimum age: Primary renter must be 25+ with valid ID.

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-Pet owners are responsible for any excess cleaning fees or damages due to pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $50 per pet applies.
