The management company was very easy to work with and accommodating. The cabin was comfortable and exactly what we had hoped for.

This is a cute cabin in a very nice wooded area, but we had a lot of safety and cleanliness concerns we discovered during our stay. We stayed with our two little boys. There were two dead mice in live traps in the kitchen and mouse feces behind the kitchen sink, on the floor, and in the bathroom. There are gas utilities in the "kids" room with no carbon monoxide detector in the room. The windows were unlocked. The dining room light is cracked and missing glass. There were used water bottles behind the curtains. There was dog hair on the couches and blankets. There was mold on the shower curtain. The vacuum in the cabin was completely full and the broom was full of human and dog hair. Additionally, there are numerous maintenance items: the oven door did not close properly, the right back burner was not functioning, the wood burning stove is actually a gas stove and made loud griding noises when used, many items were out of stock, the propane ran out on the grill the one time we used the grill for burgers, light bulbs were out, window screens were broken, the curtain rods fell down when we used them, and the dishwasher door is broken. We came here to get away from the city and from people for a few days. We are an outdoorsy family used to roughing it in the woods and this was by no means a vacation when we were in the cabin. We contacted the host and were very disappointed in the response from the host, SkyRun. Choose another location with your money.

Overall the cabin was furnished well. However the road leading to the cabin is questionable. They should have stated that during inclement weather you should have a 4 wheel drive . Its a dirt road and had large ruts from recent rain. Also the lot is pretty much straight down hill and covered in burs , so if looking for dog friendly with long haired breeds maybe not an appropriate choice.

Peaceful property. A cute bear was sitting in the dirt road about a half mile from the cabin. Nice outside seating on the deck.
