Sometimes, a space gives you the silence, clarity, or inspiration you didn’t even know you needed.
Staying here isn’t just about a vacation — it’s about stepping into another way of being. Sharing that with others is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

Yalıkavak is one of the few places in Bodrum where the spirit of the past still lingers. Despite the pace of modern life, you can still feel the presence of an old village — a place where the sunset truly slows you down. I chose to build 73 Yalıkavak here because it allows tradition and contemporary life to coexist in harmony. It’s just minutes from the marina, yet quietly tucked into its own rhythm. This house is a reflection of that balance.
