There's a gated and fenced back deck, a fire pit during cooler seasons, a grill and ping pong table in the garage. Dogs can stay for a fee, and if they make a mess a fine, too. Enjoy 2 pools, tennis courts, soccer goals, a baseball field, fishable ponds, RV/boat storage, and even spots for visiting family with RVs. There’s a picnic pavilion, too! And our home? It’s the newest and most stunning in the community—built in 2025 with 4 beds, 3 baths, and all the comforts of lake life done right.
