Are you ready to relax and enjoy this stunning one-bedroom with bunks, two full bathroom condos? This condo sleeps six comfortably and is located on the 23rd floor of the Shores of Panama. Not to worry, arrival is super easy! No waiting lines to check in. Drive up to the 5th floor of the parking garage to find your RESERVED parking spot. Walk directly to your room and enter your door code to check-in!
Watch the sunrise and sunset from your private balcony! As soon as you enter the home, you will notice the easy access to the deck. Open the sliding glass door and head outside to sit in the comfortable chair, gaze out at the bright blue water, and watch the sunrise. You can come out here in the mornings with a cup of freshly brewed coffee to watch the sunrise or head here in the evenings with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. Put your glass on the convenient coffee table and soak in the views.
Inside, you'll find the living room to be very comfortable with a breathtaking Gulf view. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy a great movie. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa with a flat-screen TV.
Guests can either lay down on the cozy couch, sit on the loveseat, or relax in one of the plush chairs. We love sitting in the plush chairs, with a footrest, for reading a book in the afternoon. You can put your drink or book on the side table with a lamp to get great lighting and sit in the air-conditioned condo.
If you are interested in watching your favorite flick on Hulu or watching your ideal show on Netflix, turn on the smart TV. prop your feet up on the wooden coffee table and sit here as you eat your lunch with your guests. You can also use this coffee table to play a game of cards or play a board game with your pals!
Next is the fully stocked kitchen that adjoins the dining area and living room to converse with family while preparing a meal. The bar has seating for four guests, and the dining table seats 4. This kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a pantry.
Even if you are not super interested in spending all of your holiday cooking for your guests, we love that the kitchen is functional, easy to use, spacious, and modern. You will love the large pantry, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, new oven, large stove, and microwave that make it easy for you to cook up a quick breakfast, whip up a large lunch, or make a five-course dinner in no time. Plus, you can even sit your guts at the high-top bar seats that are comfortable and make it easy for you to serve appetizers, chat with your friends or family, and ensure everyone has a seat for dinner time. And if you would rather have a formal dinner, you can sit with 3 other adults at the dining room table while the kids have their own dinner at the bar area! This way, everyone can sit together, but the children can feel like true adults. The ample seating area is great for conversing and eating meals together.
The master bedroom features a King size bed with its very own private bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination. This room also includes a tv with a massive closet to store your things away. After a long day, the last thing you want is to come back to a crowded or drab bedroom. We make sure that every detail has been taken care of so you can get the best night of sleep possible. The interior decor is warm and inviting ,the bed itself is cozy and plush, and the TV is great for de-stressing and watching your favorite show after being outside all day long.
Down the hallway is a set of twin/full bunk beds. Perfect for the little ones to enjoy. Attached is another full bathroom with a walk-in stand up shower.
This unit also comes with a full-size washer and dryer in the unit located in the hallway. Instead of having to search Panama City Beach for a laundromat, you can easily wash your bathing suits, clothes, towels, and even shoes from the comfort of this modern condo.

Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older. All others must be 25 as well, unless a family with children. We do not cater to college spring break.
Registered guests must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana.
Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guests pay the concierge in the lobby a one-time fee of $75 for a registration packet.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.
Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.
This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
