excellent location acceptable accommodations

Pros: The location of this condo was perfect! There were a ton of things to do within walking distance to include eatery, shopping and activities. The beach was just steps away. Our balcony had a great scenic view of the ocean with no obstructed views. Pools were clean. They gave us a slight discount when booking. The management was pleasant to work with too. Cons: Facility was outdated and bacis. Nothing aesthetically appealing. Condo was clean but could use some work in finishings, appliances, and bathrooms. There were signs of a large leak in the master bathroom with tons of signs of mold in the showers. Washer/dryer was very loud and outdated. We will more than likely not stay at this location again. We will pay more money for a more updated and upscale facility next time.

Maintenance issues

When we arrived the light in the dining/kitchen did not work. When we called maintenance they found a dangerous wire that had been taped together with electrical tape. It could not get fixed during our stay. The showers and sinks were clogged. Maintenance did fix that but the unit had little hot water for 5 people. We had to alternate shower times and some of us would take colder showers. Needs updated shower heads and hot water. View was great and access to beach was wonderful. But those minor issues will keep me from booking again because of the amount we paid to stay there.

Needs some updating

This condo needs some updating but it didn’t take away from a great week in Orange Beach.

Fun in the sun.

Great experience. Would definitely come again and ask for the same condo. No complaints. Everything as advertised. Only change I would make in condo from the owner would be an updated shower head. But Great trip. First time to Orange Beach.
