Welcome to Emmalani Pool House

Escape to this exceptional Kauai vacation home on the stunning North Shore in Princeville. Situated on the Golf Greens, this beautifully upgraded residence boasts a 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms and breathtaking views of the golf course and mountains.

Enjoy seamless indoor/outdoor living and prepare delicious meals on the gas BBQ grill. Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool (approximately 4 feet deep) with optional pool heating available for $950/week with 24-hour advance notice or unwind in the hot tub. For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a window AC unit and a Smart TV. The spacious living room features an impressive 85" Smart TV.

For your beach adventures, you'll find beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach wagon and a cooler. This home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 8-10 guests, including children and infants.

This home offers approximately 3,680 square feet of luxurious living space in an exclusive golf course neighborhood in Princeville. The main level features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large gourmet kitchen with a dining area perfect for family gatherings. Step outside to enjoy the backyard swimming pool, outdoor shower, and BBQ area. Upstairs, you'll find an additional sleeping area with bunk beds and a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Upon entering, a foyer leads you to the dining area and a welcoming family living room complete with an 85" flat-screen TV, a large sectional sofa, and a dedicated office desk with a chair. The expansive Primary Bedroom Suite, located off the living area, is furnished with a Cal King bed, sofa, TV, and a large spa-like bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3, situated to the left of the living area and sharing a full bathroom, are furnished with Cal King and King beds, respectively, and each has a TV. The Primary Bedroom and the Living Room both have exterior doors providing access to the tropical grounds and pool area.

The second level hosts a generous bedroom featuring a Cal King bed, twin bunk beds, a sofa, a large flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Sliding glass doors in the living area open to a covered patio with a gas BBQ. Enjoy the gentle breezes indoors or step out to the inviting lounging area. This home is the ideal base for exploring the many sandy beaches of Kauai's North Shore, as well as opportunities for biking, surfing, sunbathing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and beach combing!

The beautiful Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, and Kalihiwai Bay are all within a ten-minute drive. Explore the Kilauea Lighthouse to the south or venture north to Ke'e Beach, famous as the backdrop for the movie "Bali Hai," and the trailhead for the scenic Na Pali Coastline hike. The Princeville Shopping Center, just minutes away, offers a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, a public library, and boutiques. Golf enthusiasts will delight in the nearby 18-hole Makai Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., renowned as one of the world's most challenging and picturesque championship courses.

Had a great time it rained a little bit, but the kids use the pool and the hot tub. Hot tub cover wasn’t on, but I found it over the other side of the wall. Had lots of towels and plenty of beach towels. Only thing we didn’t have was washcloths. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Wonderful experience in the most magical home! Right next to the sweetest shops, restaurants, markets, etc. Felt like the cutest village with a true community feel. The home had everything we could have wanted and more. Truly perfect. Would absolutely return one day!

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful and comfortable house that had everything for a relaxing stay. So much space and an easy location for all North shore activities. We loved the outdoor space. Great family vacation house.

Family getaway

The property is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood. Quick walk to the shopping center and a 5 minute drive to Hanalei Bay Area. Other than being short on trash bags, everything was such a joy! Perfect place to get family from around the country together.

Perfect house, great location

We loved every minute of our stay on Kauai and the home was a perfect home base for our adventures! Beautiful, Clean, updated, and comfortable! Hosts checked frequently to make sure everything was good. Would happily stay here again!

Excellent rental!

Awesome house

We loved our stay at this house!! It was perfect for our whole family grandparents and kids included. The pool was a hit for everyone and the perfect way to cool down! The downstairs was open and made it easy to all gather together. The upstairs was great for our kiddos and us. The master bathroom was amazing with a HUGE shower. It was clean and well maintained. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards was so convenient. We all highly recommend and loved the location being so close to Hanalei Bay! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The family room/kitchen area is huge and we were easily able to gather all together. There is a very large couch positioned to watch the 85 inch TV and we really enjoyed gathering on the couch. The younger kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub so much that they preferred staying at the house over going to the beach. The back yard is open to a frisbee course, so the view is open and green. The beds were good and the master bedroom-bath area is very big. We had a wonderful week and hope to return to this house.
