The Boat House is the quintessential family retreat offering up true Folly Beach vibes. Guests love the nautical theme throughout the home, reminiscent of an old steamer ship that was used to construct parts of the home. There are even artifacts throughout the home of old Folly Beach businesses destroyed by hurricanes and development.
Just across the street from the beach, you are only 100 steps away from the driveway to the ocean. Three outdoor sundecks offer salty breezes and partial ocean views. Dine al fresco on the spacious screened in porch or enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise from the widows walk.

No smoking, no pets, no parties or large gatherings. All guests must sign a rental contract before their stay. The guests rent the main house. At times, the home owner will be staying in a separate apartment attached to the home with no access to the renters.
