We had incredible stay, from pre-booking to post-stay we had fluid communication. The home absorbed our group of 11 perfectly and we leveraged the Pizza Oven and outdoor amenities after spending hours on the beach via the bikes and full suite of anything you could need for a family day on the sand. Location is ideal, close to everything.

The house is fantastic and exactly as pictured. Our issue is with repeated bad communications with the hosts.When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned and we did not get access to the property until 8:15p. When I initially contacted the host regarding the state of the house I was told it ‘certainly had been cleaned’. It had not. They got a crew out and refunded the cleaning fee. The host did not consider this a late check in since we had access to the pool (which was surrounded by rotting trash).While discussing this via phone we were informed that the microwave was not working (something the host had advance knowledge of but neglected to share until we were already in crisis mode). She offered to send one and made sure we knew that it would cost her money. Due to the laundry being taken off site due to the expedited clean, we did not have bath towels for the entire group or dish towels period. We had been told we could check out at noon and, again, the hosts said they were confused and thought we were asking for a noon check in. The cleaning crew showed up while we were still asleep. They did honor their word after reviewing our previous communication.I suspect that we just had repeated bad circumstances, but the hosts did the bare minimum to make it right. There are a lot of options in the area, and I would keep that in mind before booking this one.

Thank you for your feedback. We agree that arriving to a home that had not yet been cleaned was frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for that experience. In over four years of hosting, this was the first time our cleaning team missed a scheduled turnover. When we were notified, our initial response was based on confusion regarding the property’s status, not an accusation that the concern was inaccurate. Once we confirmed the issue, we immediately dispatched a crew of four cleaners, who arrived within approximately one hour despite rush-hour traffic. Throughout this time, guests maintained access to the property and its amenities. We also issued a full refund of the cleaning fee as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Regarding the microwave, it had stopped working during the previous stay. We had expected the replacement to arrive before your check-in, but unfortunately there was a delivery delay outside of our control. As soon as we realized the replacement had not arrived, we offered to bring a replacement microwave to the property. We also honored the requested late checkout, and your group remained in the home until the agreed-upon noon departure time. Any confusion surrounding the checkout request was a misunderstanding that was ultimately resolved in accordance with our commitment. While we understand your disappointment with these issues, we worked quickly to address each concern as they arose. Although this experience fell short of our standards, we believe

We had an amazing stay with our 3 years old and my mother. House is beautiful, clean and spacious, full of sunlight. it's wonderful for a family, great open kitchen and living area where everyone can hand out during the day. We stayed for 2 weeks during Labor day weekend. My husband and I had to work for a few days, house has office space with desk and office chair which made it very easy to work. Location is great. We rented a car so we drove to the beach everyday. There were also bikes we used to go around, 5 mins bike ride to the beach to watch sunset. I would highly recommend this place!
