Great location on the beach. This was more condo-like, with a nicely stocked full kitchen,table, and nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

This spot was absolutely perfect for us, the perfect size, had every amenity we needed, and the views were amazing. Very easy, check-in checkout, not a lot of rules. It was perfect!

Convenient location in the mix, with many activities and restaurants within walking distance. Unit needed some cleaning and front door lock wasn’t secure. I shared both with management so hopefully it’s taken care of for the next guests.

There was a dirty tissue stuffed under the curtain, it would have been difficult for the cleaning crew to see. It certainly did not ruin our stay.

I loved the view of the beach from my balcony everything was great but for the future get the house keepers to sweep the dust fron the ceiling which has accumulated from the ceiling fan but I still will use you again if and when the time comes for me to take another trip.
The beach was breath taken it wasn't to crowded and all the guest was super nice and like I said I will be visiting again 😀

Overall it is very good. I feel like towels should be swapped out daily. And garbage should be taken out by cleaning crew daily. Kitchen accessories, dishes, silverware, etc was a little scarce. As much as you pay to stay for 5 nights I feel these convenients should be added. Also, it’s a very long wait for the elevator, especially when you are checking out. I guess because so many people are checking out at the same time. Not sure if you could do anything about that. I have stayed in this same Phoenix Suites one other time and will stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

The location was great it was right beside the popular Hang Out which was great fun live bands on stage & good food restaurant just walk from condo . Condo it’s right on the gulf shores beach front .condo ok but need upgrades sofa bed to thin felt springs we had to go buy queen air mattress to put on top of it , bunk beds in hallway wall nice for kids or short adults . But ok . The dishes was left in the dishwasher dirty but we ate out so I didn’t have to use any of the dishes, their full bathroom is small & has a half bath wit sink and toliet but over all good place to stay great location on the beach front with balcony view would recommend it .

Everything was great especially for the price! My only suggestion is to maybe stream clean/ shampoo the couch and chair. Looked a little dingy. But other than that, we were very pleased.
