The Space:

The Pacific coast has a way of slowing everything down - and at this Aria Ocean condo in Nuevo Vallarta, that slower pace starts the moment you arrive. Ocean air drifts through the space, garden views frame the balcony, and the beach is just steps from your door. Whether you're here for a week or a longer stretch by the sea, the setting makes it easy to simply be.



The space

This entire condo accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, three beds, and two full bathrooms. The single-level layout means no stairs to navigate, and the elevator provides easy access throughout the building. Central air conditioning keeps things comfortable against the tropical warmth, while natural light moves through the living areas during the day. A dedicated workspace with a door is available for anyone who needs a quiet spot to focus between beach visits.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are set up for restful nights, with cotton bed linens, room-darkening shades, hangers, and closet storage. The three-bed layout suits couples, families, or groups of friends traveling together. A paid crib is available for guests with infants.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for cooking during your stay - you'll find a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, drip coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, and dishes and silverware. A dining table provides a spot to share meals together. Please note that basic kitchen utensils are provided as tools only; pantry supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper are not included.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Your private patio or balcony comes with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area - a natural place to start mornings or wind down in the evening. Beyond your unit, the condominium's shared outdoor pool and common areas offer more space to relax. The property sits waterfront, with shared beach access and resort access, so the sand and ocean are never far. Outdoor spaces are maintained by building administration.



Parking, access & services

Free parking garage access and free street parking are both available, subject to availability. Self check-in is handled via keypad, making arrival straightforward. A free washer and dryer are located in the unit. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Important notes & fees

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay only - no cleaning or laundry service is included during the stay. The nightly rate covers 1 to 4 guests; additional guests beyond this generate an extra charge of approximately 15 dollars per person per night, though total occupancy may not exceed four guests. Electricity consumption is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size and shared after booking confirmation. Excess usage is charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Pets are not allowed, and no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted.



Nuevo Vallarta is an actively developing area, and daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Due to the tropical environment, insects such as gnats may appear, and fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
