Central location is a plus. Restaurants good. Home is comfortable and Cindy is very easy to work with.

We had a great time staying here. However a couple things I can suggest would be, more kitchen towels & dish cloths. Only found 1 of each. Kitchen sink had to be plunged a few times as it kept clogging. We also moved the coffee pot across from downstairs bathroom as it was hard to get to it when cooking. And it seemed like the perfect spot for a coffee bar.Only one usable frying pan, as one was not looking good.Back door isn’t very secure. We moved fans to blow air upstairs and closed vents downstairs & then the upstairs cooled off nicely. we had a great time. Thanks for the popcorn too. That picante flavor was delicious!

I grew up in this house and my mom lived in it again later on. It's hard some hard use throughout its life, but it's still home. I love sitting out on the front porch on summer evenings. I like thunderstorms and have enjoyed many of them from that same porch.

There are a lot of great homes in Valentine both new and old, but I love the character of old houses and especially watching the rainbows cast by the west side leaded glass window in the afternoon.
