From the shaded patio to the shimmering pool out back, every corner of this home invites you to settle in.


Living spaces
Inside, the living and dining areas are open and comfortable, anchored by a 75` Smart TV and generous seating for the whole group. Whether you`re catching a movie after a long day on the course or sharing a meal around the dining table, the layout keeps everyone connected. A dedicated workspace in a common area means staying productive is always an option when needed.


Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a 65` Smart TV. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed and a 50` Smart TV. Ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets ensure a restful night regardless of the desert temperatures outside.


Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner. You`ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, and a complete set of dishes, cookware, and barbecue utensils. A dining table inside and an outdoor dining area out back give you options for where to sit and enjoy it all.


Outdoor living
The backyard is the heart of this home. A private outdoor pool and private hot tub are both available year-round, open 24 hours - pool heat is available November through May at an additional fee of $50 per day (to 88°F); June through October the pool naturally sits in the 80s. After a day out, fire up the BBQ grill, gather around the fire pit as the temperature drops, and take in the quiet desert evening from the patio or backyard. A private pickleball court and putting green round out the outdoor options when you`re ready for a little friendly competition.


Bathrooms & essentials
Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryers. Towels, bed linens, and all the basics are provided. A washer and dryer are available in-home, along with an iron, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets.


Comfort & connectivity
WiFi, Ethernet connection, and TV throughout the home keep everyone connected and entertained. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating maintain comfort year-round. A Pack `n play/travel crib is available upon request for families traveling with little ones.


Parking & access
Free driveway parking is available on premises for up to 4 vehicles. The home features a private entrance and keyless self check-in via keypad - your unique code is issued before arrival and changes with every reservation for added security.

This home is subject to HOA noise limit requirements. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home - we do not have mailbox keys, and as multiple vendors, housekeeping, and guest services staff have access to the property, we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
