The Villa
This charming 19th-century farmhouse, elegantly renovated over two floors, offers all modern comforts. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious double living room with a dual-sided fireplace, a large kitchen with a kitchenette, a master bedroom with direct access to the garden, featuring a relaxation area perfect for breakfast or tea, and a convenient bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen, enhanced by a wood stove and a large dining table, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: a four-burner stove, dishwasher, large oven, refrigerator with freezer, and washing machine. From the kitchen, you can directly access the outdoor dining area, covered by a pergola and featuring a barbecue and outdoor dining table, ideal for delightful gatherings.
The ground floor is further enriched by a large glass veranda with a dining table and a small lounge for cooler or rainy days, fully immersed in the garden.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a private sitting area, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bathtub; a cozy double bedroom with a bunk bed, and a twin bedroom that can be converted into a double. Also on the first floor, there is another bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a study with a desk and monitor for those who can't resist working during their stay.

The Pool
La Vignaccia's pool is an exclusive oasis reserved for guests, offering a space of pure relaxation and fun. With generous dimensions of 12x5 meters, it is perfect for invigorating swims or simply cooling off during hot summer days. Surrounded by a well-maintained private garden, the pool area features comfortable chaise longues and umbrellas, providing the ideal environment for sunbathing, reading a book, or simply resting. This corner of paradise allows you to experience moments of serenity and pleasure, enjoying the Tuscan landscape surrounding La Vignaccia.

The Garden
La Vignaccia's garden is a true paradise, designed to offer various corners of relaxation and conviviality. The large pergola invites moments of tranquility, sheltered from the sun, where you can read a book or enjoy a coffee.
The lounge above the pool is ideal for savoring a glass of wine while admiring the sun setting behind the Tuscan hills, before moving to the relaxation area next to the outdoor dining area for an aperitif or after-dinner cocktail. Set within a larger property with another villa converted from a barn. Your private retreat is complemented by a secluded garden and refreshing swimming pool to cool off on hot days for your private use.
Emma, the owner, resides in the old stables. She is always available to assist with your needs, offering recommendations for exploring the region and introducing you to the local flavors, all while respecting your privacy.
La Vignaccia is reached by an almost entirely paved road that leads directly to the property. At the end of the path, you will find a large private car park for guests. The car park is framed by majestic olive trees, creating a welcoming Tuscan atmosphere from the very first moment of your arrival.

Heating During the Winter Months
To ensure your comfort during the colder periods, heating is available at La Vignaccia.
La Vignaccia features an independent heating system, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your desired comfort level.

Please note:
The cost of heating is extra and will be calculated based on your actual consumption. A meter will track your actual methane gas consumption for heating. This usage will be charged at the end of your stay at a rate of €2.5 per m3.

Here are some tips for using the heating system efficiently and minimizing costs:
- If you're going out for a few hours or during the night, lower the temperature to avoid wasting energy;
- during sunny days, open the curtains to let in the sun's warmth and reduce the need to use the heating;
- ensure all doors and windows are tightly closed to prevent heat from escaping.
- instead of raising the temperature too high, wear warm clothes and layers to stay comfortable.

Heating is typically necessary during the autumn, winter, and early spring months.
There is no minimum heating charge, regardless of usage.
