Lovely Condo with Lake View

If you are looking for a wonderful condo in a quiet gated community, this is it. The unit was nicely furnished, exceptionally clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Communication with the owner was excellent, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice play to stay

I enjoyed my stay at Margaret and Vadim's property. There were responsive to my communications and concerns. It's a beautiful, spacious, well-stocked-and-furnished condo that looks out on a very large pond with fountains. It's also nearby some very nice places to visit. If you have no issues climbing steps to the second floor, then I think you'll love this place. Fortunately, that was no issue for me.

We enjoyed our stay

We have just completed 6 weeks in this condo and have nothing negative to say about it,or the lovely complex it is in or the area as a whole.I must warn potential renters that if you are looking for a place to party the night away,this is not for you,read no further. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained,we rent a lot of places and this must be the best so far.The kitchen is furnished with everything anyone could possibly need and all decent equipment,no odds and ends and well worn cast offs here!The beds are so comfortable,the pillowtops alone are thicker than some mattresses.Quite frankly,if I had the money I would make Margaret an offer for it. The complex is quiet,friendly and landscaped well,each property overlooking a lake with wildfowl.The pool is warm and has plenty of beds and chairs.It is close to stores and restaurants within walking distance and the glorious beaches of Anna Marie Island are but a short drive away. We are already considering a return visit next year if circumstances permit. 10/10 *****

A Great place to spend an extended Holiday

Great location, everything worked, great kitchen, we are foodies and prepared lots of gourmet meals there. Ample supplies and a great lanai to relax and read. I used the pool every day enjoying laps and lounging reading a book. Margaret was a great host.

Home from home!

We visited Bradenton from UK to spend time with our daughter for the first time in two years.. This condo was perfect! Seven minutes away from our daughter and set in a beautiful quiet community overlooking the lake. The condo was spacious with high end furniture. The bed was extremely comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels, The kitchen was very well equipped with all matching crockery. The garage has bicycles, beach chairs and parasols. We loved our time here and will definitely return!

Lovely second floor condo

Beautiful lanai overlooking pond and fountain. Close to shopping(can walk to Fresh Market , Publix and Bealls plus restaurants). Community pool on small side. No pickle ball or tennis courts.

Wonderful vacation rental!

This vacation rental was very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to shopping and the best beaches. This is a very quiet and safe condo complex. When we go on vacation, we always bring our own mattress protectors, sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. but it really wasn’t necessary since these owners have everything you would need for a comfortable extended stay. Everything provided is good quality and in great condition. Vadim (owner) was very understanding and quick to respond when we misplaced a house key while out. The view from the large balcony is so beautiful. Our youngest child loved watching the family of Canada geese (“Just like us mommy!”). Thank you very much Vadim and Margaret for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Excellent apartment with lovely view of the lake

Would definitely stay here again, the apartment was spacious and very well furnished, and the kitchen was well equipped. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and although we had a couple of unforeseen minor problems occur during our stay, the owners Margaret and Vadim, were swift to deal with them. The Complex has a beautiful pool area and fitness room, the grounds are well kept and secure. We had the pleasure of watching a pair of Canadian geese nest nearby, sadly we had to leave before their chicks hatched. The local area has numerous shops and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beaches.
