This seaside area in Kota Kinabalu has a rare sense of peace. From here, you can watch fishing boats drift by, or walk to the waterfront for fresh seafood and sunset views — some of the most beautiful in the world. It’s close to the city center yet quiet, with local markets, cafés, and the islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park just a short boat ride away. I chose this place because it feels like living between the sky and the sea.
